  • Active psoriatic arthritis in adults, alone or with methotrexate, after inadequate response or intolerance to a DMARD
  • Moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease in adults after failure of conventional or biologic therapy

Dosing

  • Plaque psoriasis (adults and children from 6 years weighing 40 kg or more): 100 mg subcutaneously at weeks 0 and 4, then every 8 weeks
  • Children from 6 years under 40 kg: weight-based dose up to a maximum of 45 mg with the 45 mg pen (table in full text)
  • Psoriatic arthritis: 100 mg at weeks 0 and 4, then every 8 weeks; every 4 weeks may be considered at high risk of joint damage
  • Ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease: induction with 200 mg intravenously or 400 mg subcutaneously at weeks 0, 4 and 8; then subcutaneous maintenance (details in full text)
  • Consider stopping if no response (after 16 or 24 weeks depending on indication)
